Love it Barry absolutely love it. We came to visit the Caudill Drive House on our honeymoon from UK about 4 days before it went down - and have some video footage remarkably enough. I was very excited at the prospect of you recording some country style music - i think is it a great move for you. Love McG x

I have been a country music fan all my life, and I love the traditional sound which Barry has found once again in this wonderful song...I absolutely just love it... But I am a little disappointed that there is no YEEEEEE HAWWWW at the end...LOL

Barry I haven't heard you sing like you are having so much fun in such a long time and it is wonderful to hear the joy in your voice.

If the new country album has the same energy that this song has it will definetely be a success. Great job I just love it.

YEEEEEEE HAWWWWWWW! I have just heard and bought your song and well....I can't stop dancing long enough to do my house work! Actually been dancing in my seat at the computer and dancing while I am vacuuming the living room. Even my kids are dancing to it (my 2 1/2 and 4 1/2 year olds). They think it is GREAT! It is AWESOME, TOP NOTCH...LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!!! Welcome to Country Music and we WILL see you on the Grand Ole Opre!
Good luck on the rest of the album and if it sounds like this tune you are sure gonna sell a lot of copies.

The new song is amazing. Everything we were hoping for and deep down knew it would be.
If your whole album is anywhere near this good, it will be a top seller, befitting Barry Gibb! If anyone had any doubts about a Bee Gee doing country (and you know that none of us had a single doubt between us!) this song will put their doubts to rest.
Bravo, Barry- bring on the album! We are ready and waiting!!

Can't say how much I love this country-fried version of you! Your vocals sound amazing and it sounds like you are truly in your element with this tune! I was originally concerned your country music may sound more pop crossover rather than true country, but you went all the way with it and it really works;, no critic can deny you are talented in all genres, and I've loved everyone of those genres you have touched. You sounded just GREAT! I'm so glad you finally decided to embark on the country genre after all this time. I think that you've always been a country boy deep down inside. I caught a glimpse of your "forte" for country when you sang "Nights on Broadway" and "Wind of Change." Country is definitely the way to go! I have to say that most of the Pop music out there these days is not my cup of tea. Lately, I can only listen to 70's pop/soft rock, country and alternative rock. I really LOVE Drown on the River! It's got everything, and if a person isn't moving to the beat when they hear it, there's something wrong with them! I also really like the kicker at the end. Great job on this song, you really earned your spurs with this one!!

I agree with a thumbs up for Drown On A River......a good toe tapping song. If there are some who have not heard it yet you must check it out. Can't wait to hear more
